Shipping:

Orders ship via USPS. We are happy to combine orders when possible. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Ready to ship orders will ship in 2-3 business days; dyed to order items will ship within 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted. If a ready to ship item is purchased with a dyed to order item, the entire order will ship once the dyed to order item is ready. If you'd like your ready to ship item sooner, please place a separate order.

International Orders - all taxes, duties, and Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to ship to EU countries at this time.

Returns:

We know hand-dyed yarn is a special purchase and we want you to love what you receive from Little Squirrel Yarn! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sarah@littlesquirrelyarn.com. 

We ask that contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it (i.e. the yarn cannot be wound/caked or knit/crochet with).
